We have over 30 years’ experience exclusively representing creditors in insurance, commercial and consumer matters. We have handled thousands of claims on behalf of major national insurance carriers, rental car companies, municipality collections, banking institutions, manufacturers, distributors and vendors in every industry. We have also worked with hundreds of commercial collection agencies, third party insurance administrators and risk management companies.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993, Admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1994.

Practice areas include creditor’s rights, commercial litigation, and insurance subrogation (auto, property, bodily injury, workers compensation, construction, uninsured / underinsured), creditor’s bankruptcy.
